Brindisa La Chinata Smoked Hot Pepper Flakes
The hot pepper flakes come from three varieties of pepper - Jeromin, Bola and Jaranda. They are grown in La Vera, Caceres in western Spain, a region famous for its paprika. The peppers are dried and smoked over evergreen branches for an intensely smoky aroma. Grind the vibrant smoked red pepper flakes straight on top of a dish before serving.
