These terms and conditions are for the sale and purchase of consumer goods listed at www.wembleyparkmarket.com, which may be updated at any time. Please check these terms before placing each order to ensure that you are aware of any changes. Please read them carefully as they contain important information. After you place an order, you will receive an e-mail from us confirming that we have received your order. You will receive a further e-mail detailing delivery or collection arrangements as appropriate.

Orders received after 5pm will be processed the next working day and delivery arranged thereafter.

Delivery or Collection will be made on the next available working day following your order, with estimated times slots provided to the supplied email address. However due to the nature of our business we cannot guarantee your order will be delivered by a certain time. Acceptance of goods shall be deemed to take place on delivery. If you have specific delivery instructions please advise us during the checkout process, using the ‘additional information’ box. In the event of non-delivery, please notify us within 3 working days of when the goods should have arrived and we shall arrange re-delivery as soon as is reasonably practicable.

If you think that any of the Goods you have received does not match its description, is not of satisfactory quality, does not meet any relevant guarantee we have made, or is otherwise faulty or defective, then please contact us and we will do our best to help you and, where applicable, arrange for a refund. We reserve the right to ask you to send us reasonable evidence of any of the Goods affected by such issues. We will refund the cost of any product affected by such issues. To receive a refund of an affected Perishable Item, you must notify us before the expiry of the "use by" or "best before" date stamped on the product or where no such date is provided within 3 working days after the date of delivery. Where we give you a refund, we will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. We will reimburse you by refunding any amount due to you on the credit or debit card used by you to pay. You will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.

If we fail to comply with these Terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or our negligence, but we are not responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable. Loss or damage is foreseeable if it is an obvious consequence of our breach or if it was contemplated by you and us at the time we entered into this contract. We are committed to preserving your privacy. The personal information you provide will enable us to provide you with the Goods you require. We will not transfer, disclose, sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties other than in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

The health and well-being of our community, staff and suppliers is our first priority. Our delivery service will aim to minimise physical human contact, whilst collections from store will be conducted in a safe and manageable way for all concerned. Our team also follow a sanitising process between each delivery or collection. Please be assured that we shall continue to adapt and ensure we follow guidelines published by Public Health England and the World Health Organisation.
